Méghane Boisvert (LL. B. 2015-2018)
“The Université de Montréal has been a tremendous platform to build my professional network, thanks to the all the opportunities available and the support provided by the Professional Development Centre. I consider myself very fortunate to have studied in such a lively environment, surrounded by ambitious and insightful colleagues. The highlight of my time at the Faculty was, without a doubt, taking part in a student exchange program in the fall of 2017 at University College Cork, in Ireland, where I took courses in common law.”
From her first days at the Faculty, Méghane got involved in student life by becoming a first-year student representative. She was later selected for a summer internship in the litigation team of PSP Investments, an opportunity opened to one first-year student every year. In her second year, she got involved in the Faculty’s Arts Committee, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts’ Young Philanthropists’ Circle, the Junior Chamber of Commerce of Montreal, and the Canadian Bar Association. She also earned an internship in an international firm. Her main interests are the business and media worlds, and issues related to privacy protection. In her third year, she took part in a student exchange at University College Cork in Ireland.
