The Legal Clinic offers a free legal information service for professionals trained abroad to help them integrate to the Québec job market.

Under the supervision of experienced lawyers, students inform professionals of their fundamental rights and guide them in obtaining a licence to practice. The service is also available to individuals who exercise regulated occupations in construction or teaching.

The Clinic’s legal information mission covers a range of sectors, including:

  • Right of professionals
  • Human rights
  • Employment law
  • Immigration Law

Waiting List

Anyone can use the Clinic’s services. During periods of high demand, you may be placed on a waiting list. In such situations, the most urgent cases or those with particular educational interest may be prioritized.
