Support for Victims of Crimes
Under the supervision of experienced lawyers, Legal Clinic students offer free legal information services to victims of any type of crime, their loved ones, witnesses to such crimes, and any individual affected by the crime, regardless of whether it has been reported to the authorities or whether the perpetrator has been identified.
The legal information that may be provided includes the functioning of the criminal justice system, the rights and recourses of victims, as well as the ways in which they can be asserted by organizations or concerned individuals. If necessary, victims of a crime may be referred to other useful resources.
