This workshop will explore the use of AI and LLMs in the judicial decision making process.  Professor Tania Sourdin, Dean and Head of School at the University of Newcastle Law School in Australia, and author of Judges, Technology and Artificial Intelligence (2021), will provide her expert insights on some of the foundational questions relating to the role of judges and the implications and considerations associated with the use of AI in judicial decision making.
