Résumé
L'article analyse la contribution du Tribunal international du droit de la mer dans les affaires où les droits humains et/ou l'intérêt public sont en jeu. L'article soumet que le Tribunal s'efforce d'adapter sa jurisprudence à l'évolution du droit de la mer, y compris ses aspects moins évidents, tels que la protection des droits humains et de l'intérêt public en mer. L'article apporte une contribution opportune à un aspect relativement peu étudié du droit international.
