“The Louis-Côté and Achille-Tassé scholarships allowed me to continue my law studies, first in Toronto for a fourth year in common law, and then in New York for a master’s degree in international law. Studying outside of Quebec enriched the education I received at the Université de Montréal and expanded my intellectual horizons. This will undoubtedly be a major asset in our globalized legal world.
